Uganda, like much of Africa, has had a tumultuous political history, which has overshadowed the amazing things that the country has to offer.  The legendary Mountains of the Moon are in Uganda, as are some of the last remaining mountain gorillas in the wild. Check out the current situation to make it’s safe, but as long as it is, Uganda is a fascinating country to visit.
